The Beatrice Wilson Health Center will hold a foot care and mobility education session on Wednesday, November 4th, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.

The session is intended for mature adults who want to learn about improving health and mobility, preventing falls, and foot care.

Guest speakers from the Northern Health Region and the Opaskwayak Health Authority will be there to share their knowledge.

The session will take place at 245 Waller Road, with refreshments and snacks provided, and door prizes available.
