The Pas Friendship Centre is offering an opportunity for community members to learn how to better understand and manage anger.
A four-day anger management program will take place September 14th through 17th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at The Pas Friendship Centre.
The program is designed to provide participants with tools to recognize anger, manage emotions and respond to difficult situations in healthier ways — skills that can help improve relationships, communication and overall well-being.
Participants must attend all four sessions to receive a certificate. Lunch and snacks will be provided, with 15 spots available.
To register, call Tenielle at 204-627-7500.
