The Dutch Drive Inn in The Pas is celebrating a major milestone this weekend.

The iconic seasonal restaurant is marking its 70th anniversary with a celebration Saturday, August 29th, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Gordon Avenue location. The Dutch has been a fixture in The Pas for more than six decades and is known for its classic drive-in atmosphere and burgers, fries and shakes.

As part of Saturday’s celebration, customers who order a Northern Nip will receive a free Dutch Dog and cake. There will also be a bouncy house for kids.

The event is weather-dependent, and everyone is invited to bring their friends and family to celebrate 70 years of the Dutch Drive Inn.
