A 75% majority vote elected Jennifer Flett as NDP MLA for the Pas-Kammesak region in the July 21st byelection. Here, Jennifer talks about the results of the byelection and stepping into her new role.
Jennifer notes the need for improved healthcare in northern communities and says she wants to focus on Infrastructure, including the roads on highways 6, 10, and 60, to promote safety when travelling. Issues around economic development and local entrepreneurship are a priority as well.
