The Pas Friendship Centre is partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association to offer a series of free mental health workshops this month.
The three online sessions cover Understanding Emotional Triggers tomorrow, Understanding Anxiety on July 21st, and Foundations of Self-Care on July 23rd.
Each workshop runs from 1:30 to 3 p.m. through Zoom, with the option to attend in person at The Pas Friendship Centre.
Organizers say the sessions are designed to help participants better understand their emotions, build practical coping strategies, and improve their overall mental well-being.
