The Margaret Barbour Collegiate Institute Band will be performing their Spring Concert tomorrow evening, but it’s not just about the music.
The band is taking part in the Wave of Light fundraiser with CancerCare Manitoba. As music has the power to bring people together and create a shared space of strength, hope and healing, especially for those affected by cancer. As such, admission to the concert can be done via donation to CancerCare Manitoba, either online or at the door of the show.
The concert will take place tomorrow, May 21st, at 7 PM, in the MBCI Gymnasium. So come listen to wonderful music, and donate to help be one of the many lights in someone’s fight against cancer.
