A 42-year-old male is dead following an off-road collision involving an AVT that took place on Friday in the early afternoon in Cross Lake.

RCMP arrived and found he had collided with a guy-wire near a hydro pole after turning into the ditch.

The driver, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to the nursing station and later died from his injuries.
