A Churchill band is gearing up for a tour of Northern Manitoba next May, following the release of a new album, which came out last week, called "Tales from the Shallow".
Roy Mexted relocated from Australia to Churchill in 2017 and worked on a solo album several years before the formation of "Days on Land" in 2024.
Roy and Days on Land have already performed in Thompson and Churchill, but the group is now planning a tour across Northern Manitoba in May.
