Charges have been laid following a homicide that took place in Swan River earlier this month.
Santana Genaille had been brought in previously, thought to be involved in the murder that took place in Sapotaweyak Cree Nation on July 10th.
RCMP Major Crime Service has now charged Genaille with second-degree murder of a 57-year-old man from Sapotaweyak Cree Nation.
Genaille has been remanded into custody.
