Sitting in a hospital waiting room for sometimes hours on end can be difficult to manage; work, family, and school are only some of the things that can interfere with it.
Q-doc is free, provincially funded, and accessible from the comfort of your own home with the goal to provide equal access to medical rights nationwide.
The Pas Friendship Center has set up a Q-doc kiosk to help alleviate some of the stress that goes along with accessing medical expertise.
The service being provided at the friendship center will include help opening a Q-doc account, creating profiles, print requisitions, and handle blood pressure reading, blood glucose reading, and temperature.
Staff at the Friendship Center will help walk you through the process to be able to access these services.
The Kiosk will be open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.
