Charges have been laid over a string of robberies that took place in Dauphin.

 

Officers responded to a break-and-enter early Monday morning where a man had entered a residence and stolen some cash before being chased off by one of the occupants.

 

While searching for the suspect, officers were notified that a man matching the description had been brought in.

 

Through investigation, it was determined that he had been involved in several break-ins in the Dauphin area.

 

Jayson Dumas, 18, of Dauphin, was remanded in custody on multiple charges.
