Operation Christmas Child is a project by Samaritan's Purse that encourages people to fill shoeboxes with gifts and essential items for children in need worldwide.
Items can include toys, school supplies, and hygiene products.
The initiative started in 1990, and distributes millions of shoeboxes annually, delivering joy during the holiday season while also sharing a message of hope and love.
Follow-up ministry programs are offered to share the Gospel with children and their families.
Shoe boxes in The Pas can be picked up at The Pas Alliance Church and The Pas Regional Library. The collection will be done at The Pas Alliance Church on November 17th from 2 to 4 p.m.
