Last Friday, Lynn Lake RCMP got a report of an assault in progress involving two teenagers at a residence in Black Sturgeon Falls.
When officers arrived, they found a 16-year-old male deceased outside the residence.
A 16-year-old male from Black Sturgeon Falls, also known as Marcel Colomb First Nation, was charged with second-degree murder and remanded into custody for a court appearance that took place in Thompson yesterday.
Lynn Lake RCMP, along with RCMP Major Crime Services continue to investigate.
