A ribbon cutting happened last week to unveil the new MMF development in The Pas that included 3 state-of-the-art steel frame seniors’ homes, a project that has been in the works since 2021.

The investments in the area from the MMF have included 40 new licensed childcare spots, an affordable housing initiative, a community garden and Public Park, and the new development at the end of Second Street.

Mayor Murphy said this is one of the most significant investments made into the community recently.
