The Manitoba Underground Opera will once again tour the north, making stops in Thompson, Flin Flon, and The Pas.
The Show “Playtime” will be in 45 communities across the province; this will be the MUO’s most extensive tour to date.
The short Opera gives children a chance to experience something new. It’s about a young girl who gets bored of doing homework, and her mother helps her realize that learning is fun.
The MUO, started in 2008, features three main events during its season and tours the province’s libraries during the summer.
The show will be in the Pas and OCN on the 19th, Moose Lake on the 20th, Flin Flon on the 21st, and Thompson on the 23rd.
