OCN Natural Resources is warning fishermen on the Saskatchewan River to be aware of possible abnormalities within the pickerel population.

They are asking the public to be on the lookout for abnormal growth that may be located on the fish.

They are also requesting that you photograph and freeze the fish whole before dropping it off at the natural resources office located of Fischer Avenue next to the post office.

OCN Natural Resources will be sending the fish out for testing to determine the possible cause and solutions for the issue.
