Representatives from the Wellington College based out of Winnipeg will be in The Pas this weekend, hosting an information session about the wellness industry.

 

There has been a large amount of enrolment in the program from the north, but actually accessing the program can often be a challenge.

 

That's why they are opening a satellite program to help train individuals from the north.

 

The College attempted to do this before the pandemic but those operations had to be put on hold.

 

Some of the topics being covered include the industry and the regulations that go along with it, opportunities in the industry, and how the program will work on the satellite campus.

 

Registration is not required, but you can learn more and pre-register for the program at Wellington College dot com.

 

The Session runs this Sunday at the Wescanna Inn from 1 to 2 pm.
