The University College of the North has opened the application process for the Primary Care Paramedic Program at The Pas Campus for the fall of 2024.

The two-year diploma program is carefully structured to set students up for success, ensuring that graduates meet all prerequisites for the Primary Care Paramedic COPR exam.
Helga Bryant, UCN Dean of Health, highlighted the demand for paramedics in the North and the opportunities this program offers aspiring paramedics.
Additionally, the program provides Emergency Medical Responders exit options after the first year, offering flexibility for students who may need additional time to complete their training.
