98.3 million dollars has been earmarked for the upgrade to provincial road 283, known as the tote road.

 

A public meeting regarding this will be held this coming Wednesday at the Legion from 10 am to 4 pm.

 

These details came from The Pas Mayor Andre Murphy following this week’s council meeting.

 

Annually the town collects approximately 13.7 million dollars in taxation.

 

Murphy says that it’s important to know just how much the town is spending and where the money goes to accurately gauge the town’s budget.
