The results of yesterday’s municipal election are in, and Andre Murphy will be the mayor of the town of The Pas for the next 4 years.

Murphy was elected with 722 votes, ahead of Jennifer Cook’s 424 votes.

Councilors elected include Gary Hopper, Trevor Lane, Carrie Atkinson, Trent Allen, Randy Manych, and Bill Ward.

There will be more information to come in the following days in regard to voter turnout.
