Opaskwayak Cree Nation Councillor Edwin Jebb spoke to Arctic Radio about doing local ground penetrating radar searches for unmarked graves at former residential school sites, including at the site of a former residential school on Fisher Island that operated from 1914 until the early 1930’s a school attended by many OCN members and the site of the Guy Hill Residential School that operated on the shores of Clearwater Lake from the 1950’s until 1979.
