A special sensory friendly fire hall visit will be held at The Pas Fire Hall on June 11th. This visit is catered towards those with autism or those with other sensory issues.
Participants will be warned in advance when sensory triggering equipment like sirens and flashing lights will be turned on to prepare them.
The other goal of the visit is to shed light on sensory related issues to first responders and to teach them how to help people with these conditions.
