During the legislative sitting on December 1st our MLA Amanda Lathlin presented a petition to urge the minister of infrastructure to make repairs to Provincial Road 224.
The Road serves the communities of Peguis First Nation and Fisher River Cree Nation and surrounding communities and the road is currently in poor condition with potholes and uneven driving surfaces and without repair the road could put people that use the it on a regular basis at risk.
Lathlin and other concerned residents want the repairs to begin as soon as possible.
