Local Terry McKellep and The Pas Helping Hands 4H Club have received the Premiers Volunteer Service Awards.
Cheryl Antonio the head leader of the 4H Club told Arctic Radio that the award was for the children that are members of the club and said she was very happy to hear that they would be winning this award and is happy that they have been recognized for their hard work in an honourable way.
Terry McKellep, the Director of the Northern Manitoba Trappers Festival and Rotary member says winning the award was an honour and would like to thank everyone that nominated her for the award
These awards are part of Volunteer Manitoba’s 38th Annual Volunteer Awards.
