Danielle Adams wrote in her latest MLA report that she and her fellow Northern Manitoba MLAs have sent a letter to the provincial health minister about improving their northern and rural vaccination plan.

Adams states that the letter specifically requests that Heather Stefanson provide an urgent plan to vaccinate all northern and rural Manitobans, as well as assuring that there will be vaccination clinics in each community.

This comes after a surge in COVID-19 cases in certain communities across the north.

She goes on to urge residents to continue to abide by the public health orders currently in place, and to show support to communities and people who have been impacted by COVID-19.
