The University College of the North is taking an important measure to avoid a post holiday surge of COVID 19 cases, by delaying the start of their winter term.
Their winter term originally set to start on January 4th will now begin on the 18th of January.
UCN President Doug Lauvstad says the decision is taken in the interests of everyone that may find themselves at the UCN facility after Christmas and they are taking responsible steps to ensure that UCN is protecting the health and safety of Northerners.
