The Opaskwayak Cree Nation command team issued a COVID 19 update earlier this week.

Canadian armed forces personnel have been monitoring the Rod McGillivray Care Home and the team is still working with staff at the care home and the staff at the Beatrice Wilson Health Centre.

People are reminded that when you go through OCN’s community check points you will be asked for your name, license plate number and if you are leaving for essential services.

Opaskwayak Education Services is also reminding parents to pick up their children’s homework packages and to return them as soon as possible.
