The Otineka Mall announced Yesterday that effective immediately they will only have two public entrances open until further notice.
The two entrances that will be open for patrons to enter are the North East Shanes and OCN administration entrance and the South East Family Foods and VLT entrance. All other entrances to the mall are closed.
