During Question Period Yesterday our MP Niki Ashton addressed the new cases of COVID 19 in York Landing saying that the community desperately needs medical personnel, PPE, mental health supports, and testing.

When she asked if the government will treat these new cases as a wakeup call to help Northern remote Communities, Marc Miller the Minister of Indigenous Services responded by saying that they are deeply concerned about the recent cluster of cases in York Factory and they are monitoring the situation closely.
