A public hearing was held on Monday evening for the 2020 Town of The Pas Financial Plan.

One of the budgets highlights will be a tender to spend up to 1.6 million dollars on rehabilitation of the roads.

The funding will not come from tax payer dollars but from the gas tax fund.

The first reading to approve the financial plan was passed and it’s expected to pass the other two readings at the next meeting.
