Province of Manitoba's Plan to Restore Services

The Manitoba Government announced Yesterday that they are examining additional steps to continue to safely restore services and open additional businesses while ensuring physical distancing measures remain in place.

In careful consultation with Public Health Experts the province is examining limited access to educational facilities where physical distancing can be maintained to allow tutorial days such as one on one learning and to ensure students are ready to transition to the next school year.

Premier Pallister says we need to do everything we can to support students and prepare them for a bright future

The potential second phase of service restorations could see the increase of occupancy at child care centres to 24 children plus staff, resuming sports activities for children and adults, and allowing restaurants to reopen their indoor spaces at 50 percent capacity.
