On May 11, 2020 at approximately 2:45 am, Opaskwayak RCMP responded to the community of Cormorant, for an injured male on the roadway. 

RCMP along with Emergency Medical Services attended, and the 26-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Opaskwayak RCMP along with Major Crimes Services and the Forensic Identification Unit, continue to investigate.
