The Province is increasing infrastructure investments by an additional $500 million as part of an economic stimulus package to help restart Manitoba’s economy.
Premier Brian Pallister made the announcement yesterday. He says as Manitoba continues to flatten the curve we are now in a position to begin restarting the economy and the government is committed to working with industry, municipalities, and all levels of government to help stimulate the economy.
The Manitoba Restart program will include new water and sewage projects, road and highway repairs, bridge repairs, and potential new cost sharing construction projects.
