Our local MLA Amanda Lathlin addressed the COVID 19 crisis in her latest MLA report.

The report stated that regional health authorities are not providing information about testing in Northern Manitoba which is why the NDP has made an appeal to the Minister of Health to provide more information regarding testing samples submitted and once we have that information we will feel better about our health and well being.

Her report also stated that we need to take the governments public health officials direction seriously as we are all susceptible to contracting the virus.

Lathlin believes that in following precautions in addition to staying home as much as possible and avoiding non essential travel we will be protecting ourselves and those around us.
