The Manitoba Government is calling on the Federal Government to better support heath care by lowering borrowing costs.
Premier Brian Pallister says Manitobans and Canadians are facing a historic pandemic that poses significant public health and economic challenges, adding that this is a time to unite and a chance for the Federal Government to help the province obtain investments needed for Public Health Care Services.
Pallister wants the Federal Government to establish an emergency credit agency to borrow on the provinces behalf as this would save Canadians billions of dollars a year.
