Nominations are being accepted until February 7th for the Manitoba School Boards Association Student Citizenship Awards.
There are a total of seven awards along with a provincial award for a student group.
The associations Director of Education and Communication Services Heather Demetrioff says nominations are made by schools through the school board and are open to all public school students Kindergarten to grade twelve.
She adds each school board is allowed only one nomination so there will be a total of 37 nominations with winners for each region selected by a panel of elected school trustees.
