During the OCN Blizzards Beat the Winter Blues Beer Tasting on Thursday night, The Fort Garry Brewing Company Presented The Pas Families Building a Better Community with a Cheque of $7750.

All proceeds were raised from the sales of the Clearwater Lager beer and the
funding will be put towards a new skate park for The Pas.

Davide Novo the The Pas Families BBC president says it is great to receive this
funding.

The Idea to raise funds for the park with beer sales was brought to the
attention of The Fort Garry Brewing company by Jerome Conaty from Funky Threadz and Alan Gibb of the Wescana Inn a few months ago.
