RCMP officers in Norway House seized a gun and drugs during a traffic stop last Friday.

At around 3:30 in the afternoon the officers conducted a traffic stop and a search of one of the vehicles occupants resulted in the seizure of a 25 calibre pistol, cocaine, and cash.

26 year old Josh Mink was charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

The RCMP continues to investigate.
