New Traveling Art Exhibit at The Sam Waller Museum

The Sam Waller Museum has a new traveling art exhibit called, “Displacement Karen Cornelius and Peter Tittenberger”.

The exhibit features the artwork of Cornelius and Tittenberger who both dealt with displacement in their lives and the artwork tells their stories.

Cornelius was a refugee from Congo and Tittenberger was from a family who had to flee due to war.

Katherine Patterson, the museum’s curator and archivist says Tittenberger’s art work is really interesting to look at adding you could look at a piece of work for 10 minutes and not see everything, and she is really impressed with Cornelius’s print making as well.

This exhibit will be on display until November 24th.
