Last month, Travel Manitoba announced the winners of the 21st annual Manitoba Tourism Awards which took place at a gala dinner in Winnipeg.
Nine awards were given out and Opaskwayak Indian Days Won the Indigenous Tourism Award.
The awards are in recognition of contributions to the provinces tourism industry.
The awards were presented by Blaine Pederson the Minister of Growth, Enterprise, and Trade, and Stuart Murray the Chair of Travel Manitoba’s Board of Directors.
