Eighteen newly elected NDP candidates were sworn in last week as members of the Legislative Assembly to form Manitoba’s official opposition.
The NDP caucus is one of the most diverse in Manitoba’s history with six woman, five indigenous people, nine people of colour, and two openly gay members.
