On August 21, 2019, at approximately 11:15 am, Chemawawin RCMP received a report of an off-road vehicle collision located on a service road in the community of Easterville.
 

Officers attended and have determined that a 33-year-old male, from Easterville, was riding an ATV when it rolled onto its side. The operator, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the ATV which then landed on top of him.

The 33-year-old male was pronounced deceased on scene. Alcohol may be a factor in the collision.

Chemawawin RCMP, along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, continue to investigate.
