Dena Johnson a community contact for Cancer Care Manitoba spoke to Arctic Radio News and said that breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death among woman and early screening increases the chances of survival. Johnson is a breast cancer survivor and her cancer was first discovered at a local BreastCheck screening.
