There is a new traveling exhibit at the Sam Waller Museum on loan from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum called Canola: A Story of Canadian Innovation.
According to Museum Director Sharain Jones the exhibit was produced to mark the 50th anniversary of this made in Canada crop.
The exhibit is very interactive and it gives people a chance to learn how the crop was developed and how it has seen use in transportation and in the food industry and how it will benefit people in the future.
The museum is open daily from 1 until 5 PM and the exhibit will be on display from now until September 30th.
