The RCMP has seized narcotics in the community of Norway House.
Officers from the local detachment were in the process of stopping a vehicle in the early hours of December 27th when they saw the driver throw a bag out of the window.
The bag was located, and was found to contain a large amount of cannabis.
Charges are pending against three males in their twenties.
Almost 12 hours later, RCMP members seized over 900 grams of cocaine as a result of another traffic stop.
Charges related to the cocaine seizure are pending against a 47-year-old female and 45-year-old male.
