The Beatrice Wilson Health Centre is going to be having a Jordan’s Principle Telehealth session called Depression and Anxiety-Two sides of the same coin.

The presentation is being put on by the Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre and the purpose of the session is to give information and strategies on how to recognize depression and anxiety and their similarities and how to cope with them.

The session takes place tomorrow from 2PM till 3PM and it is open to all Jordan’s Principle community workers, Family members, and Partners and tribal councils.
