The Manitoba Infrastructure Water Management division warns people who still go outside in frigid temperatures and extreme wind chills that the dangers of thin ice still exist.

Areas currently affected are Big Lake to Jory Pumping station, Jory to Pasquia river and Pasquia river to town.

People are asked to take precautions around these areas which are also marked by signs.
