With the help of a variety of Rotary Clubs in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northwestern Ontario, They were able to donate $7,500 to the school in Churchill to help them purchase food and school supplies.

Rick Hubbs and Saman Mirza Agha two members of The Rotary Club of The Pas travelled to Churchill to deliver the cheque to the school.

Rotary member Jordan Krost says it feels good to be able to do things like this for people in need. Churchill has been having a hard time having essential items delivered to them due to the rail line not being repaired, and shipping by air is a lot more expensive.
