The Sixth Annual Zombie walk that was organized by Northland Ford this year was held last Friday. The purpose of the zombie walk was to raise awareness on food security issues and to gather non-perishable food items for the Oscars Place Homeless Shelter, School Breakfast Programs, and the UCN Student Services food bank.
Even though the number of participants were down from last year they still had a great turnout and they were able to collect a fair amount of donations.
