A variation application for 330 Fischer Avenue was passed at town council on Wednesday night. The application was submitted by Michael O’ Rourke and he will now be able to operate four parking spots on the property. O'Rourke plans to start redevelopment of the building soon. There will be 1500 square feet on the bottom floor of the building and there will also be a couple of two bedroom apartments on the top floor.
